Vindaloo Ketchup

Created during the lockdown, this instantly became an addiction. one thing lead to another and I started bottling this concoction and spreading the kick which livens up any meal to another level of deliciousness.

inspired from the spicy Goan vindaloo sauce this is a ketchup made with all natural ingredients and does not have any preservatives or additives or any colorants. I don't use any sugar and the sodium content is negligible as compared to the global household brand of ketchup (go check the label!)

 

Lab tested for all microbes and nutrition content, you get an ambient shelf life of 3 months and 2 weeks from being open (if it lasts that is!)
