I also love to engage in collaborative experiences with chefs in their restaurants, this is a tremendous learning experience for me and hopefully for the host teams as well.
Suffice to say that these have been immensely successful and well received. Entices the regulars and creates a new project for the team. Financially, a couple of mid-week full house services is a blessing for any operation.
